Marci Houseman is an experienced turnaround consultant, customer success professional and sales executive with expertise in coaching, developing capacity, and using data to measure and improve outcomes for teams and schools. Marci also serves her community as a member of the Sandy City Council. Leveraging over 30 years of experience in education and coaching, Marci helps educators at the state, district and school level lead efforts to align instruction with evidence-based practices. Additionally, Marci collaborates with advocacy groups and associations to raise awareness of the need to provide teachers with tools and training that align to researched best practices. A regular presenter at state conferences, Marci knows how to help professionals reflect on their practice and determine actionable next steps. As a member of the Age of Learning team, Marci supports efforts to transform learning experiences in reading and math via personalized and adaptive learning solutions that provide actionable and timely information for teachers in Pre-K through 5th grade classrooms.
