In this hands-on workshop you will learn 2 powerful tools for getting teams pointed the right direction and focused on what matters most to them. Get practical tips, helpful questions, and strategies to help any team (educational or otherwise) get clear on their purpose, define their vision, set PEERS goals, and identify their dysfunctions, while defining team norms, roles, and agendas. Then learn to use the 5 Rings to create a high impact coaching plan.
