About me
John Smith has been in education since 1991. He began his career as a 5th grade teacher, then spent a few years in 3rd grade. His introduction into becoming a technology specialist began as an elementary school technology instructor teaching basic programing, Terrapin Logo, and keyboarding to k-6 students. In 1999 he was approached to become a School Technology Specialist for Granite School District, in a new department called Instructional Technology. All these years later he is still at it, the department name changed to Educational Technology and his title to Technology Coach, but technology education is still at the core of his passion and expertise.
