About me

Liz Brown is the Utah Art Educator of the year for 2024. She has taught for 20 years as a K-6 classroom teacher, Reading Specialist, Math Specialist, ESL Specialist, Interventionist, and BTS Visual Art Specialist. She serves on the BYU BTS Arts Leadership Team, the Utah Art Educators Association (UAEA) Board, and is passionate about arts integration and arts access for all students. She is currently the BTS Arts coach for the Northeastern Utah Educational Service Center.
