Lucid offers great tools that can be used in a variety of ways. In this presentation, we will focus on the uses of the tool that give students a chance to build conceptual understanding. Lucid allows students to create visual models of their thinking, encouraging them to organize, analyze, and connect complex concepts in ways that promote deeper understanding. By integrating Lucid into Canvas, teachers can design activities that guide students through visualizing their ideas, which supports critical thinking, problem-solving, and cognitive development. Participants will learn practical strategies for incorporating Lucid into their instruction to foster student engagement, collaboration, and conceptual clarity.
