About me
My first teaching job was in the Mojave Desert in California, followed by 27 years teaching Spanish and English at Davis High. I love this profession because I get to start over/try again every year, every term, every day, if needed! Recently I committed to provide more differentiated opportunities for my students, and I'm encouraged by the benefits I've seen, both for me and my students. I'm afraid my students know that it is hard for me to concentrate on school (or anything else) during Oscar season.
