About me
Amber's work in education covers a variety of teaching and school leadership roles K-5, as well as an educational consultant. She started her career in education as an intern at the Ron Clark Academy in Atlanta, GA. Her first teaching job was Elementary Spanish following a BS in Hispanic Studies in Education from East Carolina University. She also holds a Masters Degree in Elementary Education and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Leadership as a licensed NC Principal. She has spent her career in Title I traditional and charter public schools and national non and for-profits = in various classroom, coaching, leadership, and consultative roles. Her favorite hobbies include traveling, reading, gardening, cooking and crafting. Fun fact: she and her husband once were beekeepers.
