When it comes to change, why are the questions more important than the answers? How do you help people figure out what they want, what that even looks like, and how they want to get there? In this interactive keynote, join Robert Proffit as we explore 25 years of coaching experiences, powerful stories and common sense coaching tools that will help you unleash the power of change in the people and teams you work with.

From nervous systems to classrooms, everything we are and do comes down to connections. Carly Maloney, psychology and ELA educator, tells her story of those teachers who have made significant connections with her. She delves into the opportunities she has had to create authentic connections in and out of her own classroom and through teacher leadership. She highlights the transformative connections that have come as a result of her year as 2024 Utah Teacher of the Year. Lastly, Maloney encourages listeners to #leadfromtheclassroom as they make authentic connections in their own school communities.
