Kayla Towner is a technology specialist and product manager of Utah’s Online School Library at Utah Education Network (UEN) and a Teacher Fellow. She has a Master’s Degree in the Arts of Teaching from Westminster College. Kayla is passionate about implementing learning that focuses on student agency and sharing Utah’s Online School Library (UOSL) with educators. Kayla is enthusiastic about developing her digital media and podcasting skills, using artificial intelligence tools, discovering the possibilities with robotics, and exploring augmented and virtual realities (such as Minecraft Education). Kayla is enthusiastic about getting students excited through technology and guiding them to communicate well, collaborate effectively, and think critically and creatively.
