Leveraging AI as an Admin

We will focus on helping administrators unlock AI to streamline essential and repetitive tasks. We will showcase how AI can help administrators create bell schedules, administrative schedules and master schedules. Further, we will assist our participants as they seek to analyze grades, attendance, or other key data they wish to compile and analyze with AI. Next, we will look at ways to increase creativity and engagement for PD. Finally, we will cover ways of augmenting school improvement plans, performance growth plans (formerly known as evaluations) and fine-tuning general email communication.

Hank and Brady have both experimented with a host of different tools and assistants within the realm of education. Hank has been a teacher and a coach and currently serves as the AI Project Team Lead. Brady has extensive service as a teacher, Innovative Coach, Admin.
